Visitor Amenities
- Parking: Fort Ticonderoga has unlimited car parking, including RVS, campers, and buses. Handicapped parking is available adjacent to the Log House Admissions Building.
- Food: Fort Ticonderoga's Log House Restaurant, with magnificent views of Lake Champlain, is open from 8:30-4:30 except Wednesdays 9-5. It serves breakfast (until 11:00 a.m.), lunch, and late afternoon snacks. The Log House Restaurant uses the freshest ingredients and prides itself on serving healthy homemad food at reasonable prices.
- People are welcome to bring picnics and use our shaded Picnic Area. Please note that we are a trash in/trash out facility.
- No food or drink are allowed into the Fort and museum.
- Pets: Fort Ticonderoga does not allow pets on the property other than service animals.
For The Safety of One and All
- No smoking except at the designated smoking area outside the Fort
- No food or drink in the Fort beyond the Log House
- Please do not climb on the walls or cannon
- Walk carefully – there are steps and uneven ground throughout the Fort and in its buildings
- Backpacks and Backpack Baby Carriers are not allowed inside the Fort beyond the Log House
- No pets are allowed at Fort Ticonderoga
- No camera tripods are allowed within the Fort
